/ppbr/ppstrongThe Mission Core Scope /strong /pulliThe Mission: Secure, onboard, and manage the performance of all external 3PL transport and last-mile service providers across Spain, maximizing network capacity and cost efficiency while protecting corporate delivery standards.
/liliThe Scope: You will take full corporate ownership of carrier relationships, commercial rate negotiations, Service Level Agreement (SLA) drafting, and ongoing vendor performance management for the Spanish market, reporting directly to regional leadership.

/liliCost Optimization Rate Structures: Secure competitive transport rate matrices (including linehaul, parcel injection, and bulky-goods home delivery)



that align with corporate profitability targets and budgetary controls.
/liliStrict SLA Compliance Accountability: Establish rigorous daily, weekly, and monthly business review (QBR) processes, holding carriers accountable to target On-Time Delivery (OTD) and cargo damage mitigation standards.
/liliFlexible Capacity Architecture: Build a highly responsive carrier pipeline capable of scaling container, truckload, and final-mile volume rapidly during e-commerce peak seasons and promotional events.
/li /olpbr/ppstrongPosition Requirements /strong /pulliDeep Procurement Freight Mastery: Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of contract negotiation and tariff management within the Spanish road transport and final-mile delivery markets.
/liliLanguage Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory to conduct complex local contract negotiations and deliver clear strategic procurement presentations to integral HQ.
Knowledge of Mandarin is a highly valued corporate asset.
