In this role you drive integrated procurement planning and execution for FEED to EPC projects. You will lead contractor procurement plans, monitor compliance with agreements, and ensure timely delivery of procurement activities. You collaborate across FEED, EPC teams and with the contractor to achieve project schedules and effective subcontracting. The position offers impact by shaping procurement governance for large oil, gas and petrochemical initiatives within a diverse, global team.

• Prepare and maintain procurement-related plans and procedures
• Review and approve contractor procurement/subcontracting plans and procedures
• Assess contractor procurement organization and resource adequacy
• Monitor contractor compliance with procurement obligations and schedule
• Manage and review procurement reports and technical bid evaluations
• Process and issue procurement-related letters and approvals
• Coordinate with FEED to EPC teams to achieve project goals




• Maintain procurement status reports and risk mitigations
• Provide procurement guidance and solutions for subcontracting matters
• Oversee contractor post-order activities (expediting, shipping)
• Communicate procurement risks and mitigations to management
• Collaborate daily with contractor’s procurement team for clear communication
• Support timely approvals of documents and records related to procurement
Responsabilidades
• Minimum 15 years of FEED/EPC project experience
• 5+ years xqbhyrx GCC/ADNOC experience preferred
• 5+ years in similar oil u0026 gas procurement leadership roles
• Experience on large mega projects with international/multicultural teams
• Strong knowledge of all procurement aspects and independent task execution
• Ability to guide and advise on procurement matters and lead teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven team player and stakeholder management
• ADNOC u0026 offshore project experience required
