As Principal Architect, you will design and implement scalable architectures for next-generation products, working closely with the VP of Engineering. This hands-on, creative role spans from early proofs of concept to production-ready systems, balancing legacy with new development. You’ll collaborate across product and engineering teams to deliver impactful, high-availability platforms, with a clear focus on performance, scalability, and long-term vision. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Collaborate with the VP of Engineering to design architecture for new products and services
• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Explore and validate new technologies, including AI applications and interactive content
• Develop and maintain proofs of concept (POCs) for ideas




• Serve as a technical reference for complex architectural challenges
• Contribute to modernization efforts and propose forward-looking solutions
• Work autonomously with DevOps support and technology choice freedom when justified
Responsabilidades
• Experience designing and building scalable, high-traffic systems
• Backend and frontend expertise
• Comfort with balancing legacy systems and new product development
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• xqbhyrx Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Experience with AWS (essential)
• Startup experience or building platforms from zero is valued
• Ability to work autonomously and with freedom to choose technologies (Python, Go, etc.) when justified
