Threat Intelligence Analyst (AI Training)About The Role

We're looking for experienced threat intelligence professionals to help train and evaluate cutting‑edge AI systems. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs — and your real‑world expertise in adversary behavior, CTI workflows, and attack analysis will directly shape how AI understands and reasons about cybersecurity threats.

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do
- Analyze and classify threat reports, adversary campaigns, and attacker behavior patterns
- Evaluate indicators of compromise (IOCs), TTPs, and end-to-end attack narratives for accuracy and realism
- Generate, structure, and validate threat intelligence data used to train and benchmark AI models
- Review AI-generated cybersecurity outputs and flag inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or unrealistic content
- Apply your knowledge of real‑world threat actor behavior to distinguish signal from noise

Who You Are
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience in threat intelligence, SOC operations, or security analysis
- Familiar with MITRE ATT&CK;,



OSINT collection methodologies, or CTI workflows
- Able to critically evaluate attacker behavior and identify fabricated or inaccurate threat data
- Strong analytical and written communication skills — you can explain complex threats clearly
- Self‑directed and comfortable working asynchronously on task‑based assignments

Nice to Have
- Experience writing threat intelligence reports or producing finished intelligence products
- Background in malware xqbhyrx analysis, incident response, or red team operations
- Familiarity with AI systems or previous experience in AI data evaluation
