As a Control Centers Engineer at Siemens Mobility, you design and implement sophisticated Control Center systems for rail projects worldwide. You translate customer needs into technical architectures and specifications, leading testing and commissioning. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, reliable mobility solutions while supporting customers throughout the project lifecycle. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Design and implement Control Center solutions for Main Line and Mass Transit projects, defining software/hardware architectures and overseeing testing/commissioning
• Ensure traceability of requirements across the project lifecycle and lead technical reviews; comply with safety/regulatory standards
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and customers; manage multiple projects and lead technical meetings




• Provide customer training and support for installation/maintenance; identify risks and communicate project status
• Proactively seek process improvements, drive innovation, and contribute to the evolution of Control Center offerings
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Electronics or Computer Engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year of professional engineering experience
• Strong programming knowledge in C and Java
• Hands-on experience with Windows and UNIX/Linux platforms
• Fluent Spanish (written and spoken) xqbhyrx
• English proficiency at B2 level or equivalent
• Goal-driven mindset with customer orientation and team leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Willingness to travel worldwide when required by project needs
