We are expanding our global team and looking for a Payroll Specialist to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll for assigned countries

- Prepare and reconcile internal and external payroll reports

- Check payroll reports and confirm them before they are declared to legal authorities for assigned countries

- Follow up payroll inputs from various source

- Control employee expenses and ensure that payments are made by checking whether they comply with the legal rules of the relevant country

- Preparing payroll backup for the invoicing processes

- Being open to learning about the tax and payment processes of new countries, conducts research and manages the processes

- Correspondence with local accountants

- Maintain and develop professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Professional background: Minimum 2 years of relevant Spanish payroll experience (global payroll exposure is a plus). Knowledge of payroll best practices.

- Education:



Knowledge of economics, accounting and other financial concepts.

- Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel & Word).

- Soft skills: Excellent written and spoken English; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently; ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
