You'll be the first point of contact for Swedish customers helping with billing questions, account issues, and everything in between, via phone, chat and email.

What you'll do

- Support Swedish-speaking customers across phone, chat and email
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
- Work alongside an international team of colleagues
- Help build a customer experience people actually trust

What we're looking for
- Fluent Swedish speaker
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong communicator, genuinely likes solving problems
- Comfortable learning new digital tools/systems
- Already xqbhyrx based in Málaga, or ready to relocate at your own cost
