In this role you oversee governance and delivery of critical Regis-TR applications within a regulated financial market setting. You bridge Business, Product, IT and Operations to ensure compliant, high-quality software delivery and lifecycle execution. You will drive release planning, track delivery performance, and promote continuous improvement, with a focus on production readiness and risk controls. The role offers collaboration with cross-functional teams and exposure to governance, security and regulatory standards that shape market infrastructure.

• Own release planning and delivery execution with Product Owners and development teams
• Monitor delivery performance, define metrics, and drive continuous improvement

• Act as the main business stakeholder for initiatives while ensuring compliance with controls, risk, security and regulatory requirements
Responsabilidades
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in Service Delivery Management, Application Management, Product Delivery, or similar in a software development environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC xqbhyrx governance, backlog management, release planning, and software quality practices
• Experience working with stakeholders across Business, Product, IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Security
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with ability to navigate complex, regulated environments
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish is an advantage
