As an IT Business Analyst / Business Services Consultant - Finance , you will play a key role in ensuring that our global financial and project‑related processes are supported by efficient, user‑friendly, and stable solutions (ERP and interfaces to 3rd party financial tools for consolidation, eInvoice, etc.), with a strong focus on continuous improvement, process optimisation, business alignment, and driving efficiency gains by reducing manual effort through automation.

Your responsibilities:

- Analyse and structure incoming business questions, incidents, and change requests, ensuring transparency, prioritisation, and sustainable resolution in a global ERP environment.

- Investigate issues by reviewing data, processes, and system behaviour, and provide solutions, explanations, or workarounds.

- Act as the link between business stakeholders and software development teams, gathering and translating business needs into clear system requirements.

- Design functional solutions, including feasibility checks, specifications, process documentation, and configuration descriptions.

- Perform system configuration and support implementation, ensuring alignment with agreed solution designs.

- Prepare and execute test cases, support user acceptance testing, and ensure quality through structured validation and documentation.





- You take ownership from initial analysis through solution design, implementation support, testing, and go‑live stabilization.
