Role Description
We are looking for qualified, student-centered educators to join our international remote teaching team. Opportunities are available across core academic subjects, Health & Physical Education, and IEP/special education-supported instruction.
At Legacy Online School, teachers deliver engaging live online lessons and support students through personalized learning pathways.
What you will do
Teach engaging live online classes and, where assigned, 1:1 lessons
Adapt instruction for different learning needs, abilities, and learning profiles
Assess learning, maintain accurate records, and provide timely, constructive feedback
Monitor attendance, engagement, assignment completion, and student progress
Communicate professionally with students, families, and school colleagues
Use the school’s LMS and online teaching tools effectively
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, respectful, and motivating virtual classroom
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area




Valid teaching certification or license
Relevant K–12 teaching experience, online teaching experience preferred
Strong subject knowledge and confident use of educational technology
Excellent written and spoken English, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Experience with differentiated instruction;
special education or IEP experience is an advantage for relevant roles

Remuneration
Base rate: $10 / hour
Performance-based salary increases
Conversion bonuses (when applicable)
Annual performance bonus of up to 10% of annual earnings.
