What will your mission be?

As our Influencer Marketing Specialist for Iberia, you will play a key role in growing Olistic's brand awareness, community, and business impact across Spain and Portugal through strategic influencer partnerships.

- Identifying, recruiting, and managing influencer partnerships across Spain and Portugal.
- Building long-term relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies.
- Developing and executing influencer campaigns aligned with brand objectives and market priorities.
- Negotiating collaborations, deliverables, usage rights, and budgets.
- Coordinating product seeding, gifting initiatives, and campaign logistics.
- Briefing creators and ensuring content quality and brand alignment.
- Tracking campaign performance and preparing reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Collaborating closely with PR, social media, brand, paid media, and content teams to maximize campaign impact.
- Staying up to date with influencer,



social media, and beauty & wellness trends across the Iberian market.

What are we looking for?
- 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, PR, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese influencer landscape.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze campaign performance.
- Fluent in Spanish and English;
Portuguese is a plus.
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and digital culture.
