Key Responsibilities

- Managing and mitigating issues and risks throughout the project life‑cycle, while expertly balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks through formal change‑management mechanisms

- Implementing and maintaining comprehensive project work plans, governance structures, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality outcomes

- Ensuring accurate development and traceability of project requirements, fostering an environment of continuous improvement





- Nurturing client relationships, communicating updates, and securing buy‑in, effectively representing Avanade in governance meetings

- Overseeing Avanade and subcontractor staff assigned to the project, guiding their performance and growth

- Determining project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedules, and ensuring effective training and resource utilization

- Assisting in the sales process by providing work effort and expense estimates using Avanade's standard tools
