Job Requirements

-

- +5 years or experience in a similar role.

- Proven experience in mediation, pre‑litigation, or dispute resolution within a law firm, fintech, or Payment provider company.

- Strong understanding of global payments, AML/compliance, and regulatory frameworks.

- Experience in highly regulated sectors (e.G., fintech, gambling, CFDs, binary options).

- Demonstrated ability to manage disputes with banks, PSPs, and regulatory authorities.

- Languages: Native in Portuguese and fluent in English. Spanish is a strong plus.

- A practical, solutions‑driven mindset with strong negotiation and risk management skills.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle company’s mediation and pre‑litigation strategy across Brazil.

- Act as the key interface between clients, payment institutions, and regulators, leading the communication between merchants and local Brazilian law firms.

- Proactively prevent escalation into litigation, ensuring business continuity.

- Work closely with Compliance, Payments, and Risk teams.

- Coordinate with external counsel when escalation is required.
