German-Speaking Ads Sales & Onboarding Specialist

Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)

Base salary: €24,310 gross/year + up to €4,290 bonus
Relocation package available (flight + temporary accommodation)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated German-speaking Ads Sales & Onboarding Specialist to support the growth of businesses in the German market. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them launch and optimize high-performing Google Ads / PPC campaigns while driving revenue growth through consultative sales. You will manage a high volume of client interactions, combining sales, onboarding, and account optimization in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Onboarding & Advisory: Onboard new clients and understand their business goals

- Design and support performance-driven PPC strategies

- Ensure strong campaign setup for immediate and long-term impact

- Sales & Revenue Growth: Conduct outbound calls to engage and convert German businesses

- Upsell and expand existing client campaigns

- Identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts

- Account Management: Manage a large portfolio of clients and prospects

- Maintain accurate CRM records and track all client interactions

- Ensure consistent follow-up and relationship development

- Performance & KPIs: Meet and exceed individual sales and performance targets

- Work in a structured KPI-driven environment

Requirements

- Native-level German (C2) and strong English communication skills





- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (Marketing/Communications preferred)

- 2+ years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or account management (preferred)

- Strong interest in digital advertising and PPC/Google Ads

- Comfortable with outbound sales and target-driven environments

- Analytical mindset with ability to discuss ROI and performance metrics

- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital workflows

- Understanding of GDPR and data privacy standards

- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
