We’re currently looking for a full-time Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. If you’re motivated to achieve results, passionate about building relationships, and eager to grow your career, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

- Understanding Needs : Partnering with clients and internal teams to gather hiring requirements and craft tailored recruitment strategies.

- Finding Top Talent : Proactively sourcing, selecting, and qualifying the best candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.

- Owning the Process : Managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth journey from first contact to successful onboarding.

- Building Strong Connections : Developing a high-quality professional network and staying ahead of market trends.

- Hitting Targets :



Setting ambitious hiring goals and achieving them with the right strategies, tools, and resources.

If you are into sales, you could also be :

- Building Connections : Proactively reaching out to potential clients to grow our business. (Market mapping, cold calling, online/on-site meeting, participating to market events…)

- Closing Deals : Negotiating agreements and fostering long-term partnerships.

Your profile?

We’re Seeking Candidates With The Following Qualifications

- At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment

- Fluent in French

- Very good command of English

- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals.

- Enthusiasm, ambition, and a strong motivation to grow and succeed.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
