Platform Engineer (Infrastructure / Scalability)

We are looking for Platform Engineers with 3+ years of experience to maintain high reliability while scaling our infrastructure.

Responsibilities

-

- Tackle high-impact & high-risk projects involving many engineers.

- Design and implement robust infrastructure systems with a focus on reliability and observability.

- Maintain uptime targets while optimizing infrastructure costs.

- Improve incident management processes and lead post‑mortems.

- Build and maintain internal tooling (e.G., API, web interface, internal command line) for other engineers.

- Mentor other engineers and lead crews.

- Participate in hiring and shape the candidate experience (e.G., improve technical assessment processes).

Qualifications

- Strong experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS.

- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools.

- Comfortable writing code for automation and tooling (e.G., API, command line).

- Some experience as a full‑stack or backend software engineer.





- Willingness to work in Python/JavaScript (experience with these languages is not mandatory).

- Understanding of modern deployment practices and CI/CD.

- Ability to debug complex system issues.

- Self‑starting, entrepreneurial mindset.

- Humility and willingness to grow at any seniority level.

- Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching.

- Fluent in English;
French language skills are not required.
