At ASTEK Iberia, e are looking for a Systems Engineer with experience in Naval Platforms, Electronic Warfare, and Radar Systems to join cutting-edge defence programs and contribute to the development of next-generation naval capabilities.
You will become part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for the definition, architecture, development, integration, and validation of mission-critical onboard systems, helping deliver innovative technological solutions for complex maritime environments.
Define and design architectures for onboard electronic systems, including signal processing, electronic control, HMI, and related subsystems.
Perform functional analysis and system definition activities.
Develop logical system architectures and support system development strategies.
Manage, analyse, and maintain traceability of system and subsystem requirements.
Cascade requirements across different system levels.
Support integration, verification, and validation activities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the full system lifecycle.
Who are you?
Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
+5 years of experience in electronic systems design and development.
Systems architecture and requirements management.
Critical systems engineering.
Operational needs analysis and requirements engineering.
MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) methodologies and tools.
Defence standards such as MIL-STD-882E or equivalent.
Advanced English level.
Additional Information




Occasional national travel may be required.
Safety footwear is required for laboratory access.
Candidates must be eligible to obtain the required security clearance (HPS).
