In your daily routine as an HR Technician in Palma, you will manage a variety of foundational human resources tasks that keep the organization running effectively.

Your primary responsibilities include:

- Executing routine and specialized procedures in employee training and development programs.

- Managing talent selection and recruitment processes from initial candidate intake to evaluation.

- Carrying out general labor administration duties and managing essential employee documentation.





- Supporting occupational health and safety protocols and occupational risk prevention procedures.

- Applying computer tools to organize workforce data and streamline departmental administrative workflows.

To qualify for this position, you need a strong background in administrative management combined with hands-on experience in selection routines.

The essential requirements for candidates are:

- A completed Higher Level Vocational Qualification (CFGS) in Administration and Finance or Executive Assistance.

- At least 6 months of proven professional experience handling selection processes.
