Key Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking travellers via phone, email, and live chat, assisting with accommodation bookings, modifications, and cancellations on the platform

- Provide accurate, up-to-date information on travel destinations, properties, and tourism-related services to enhance the overall guest experience





- Handle and resolve customer complaints, disputes, and complex booking issues in a timely, empathetic, and professional manner consistent with 's service standards

- Liaise effectively with hotels, property managers, and tourism partners to facilitate seamless travel experiences for customers

- Process refunds, payment queries, and special accommodation requests, ensuring complete accuracy and adherence to company policies

- Maintain detailed and precise records of all customer interactions within the CRM system, ensuring full compliance with data protection regulations

- Identify opportunities to upsell relevant tourism products, services, and travel add-ons that enhance the customer journey

- Collaborate with team members and team leaders to consistently achieve individual and team performance targets and quality benchmarks

Requirements

- Native or fluent Dutch language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role — all customer interactions will be conducted in Dutch

- Valid EU passport (mandatory)

- Candidates must already be living in Malaga ( or the Costa Del Sol area )

- Previous experience in customer service, tourism, travel, or a related hospitality industry sector is highly advantageous

- Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm, professional,



and solutions-focused under pressure

- Comfortable working on-site in Malaga in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- Good working knowledge of digital tools, CRM platforms, and the ability to navigate online booking systems with ease
