As a Senior Project Manager – Avionics / Electronic Systems (Development Phase) you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end execution of complex, multi‑national projects in the aeronautics and defense domain during the development phase .
You will:
Lead project and program execution for sophisticated electronic systems (hardware, firmware, software).
Ensure alignment with customer expectations, maintaining a high level of trust and satisfaction .
Drive cross‑functional coordination across engineering, industrial, supply chain and external partners.
Implement strong governance and project control in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
What we’re looking for Experience & technical background
10+ years of project management experience, including leadership of complex technical projects / programs .
Proven experience in aeronautics, defense or highly regulated industries (strongly preferred).
Demonstrated success managing international, cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong experience in supplier management and production follow‑up .
Solid understanding of electronic systems development :Hardware and/or embedded systems .
Product lifecycle milestones (e.G. PDR, CRD, TRR, QR ).
Experience managing projects with high technical complexity and capacity/resource constraints .
Languages
Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.




French is a strong plus for interaction with local teams, suppliers and customers.

Proven exposure to programs requiring compliance with aviation certification constraints and processes .
Ability to interface with engineering teams and customers on:Certification‑related topics.
Documentation and audits.
Familiarity with hardware and/or embedded software development under DO constraints is a plus.
Must – Product Lifecycle Management Strong understanding of full product lifecycle management :From concept and development to production, in‑service support and obsolescence management .
Experience managing programs across all lifecycle phases :Development, qualification, industrialization and sustainment.
Ability to handle design changes, configuration management and lifecycle risks in complex environments.
Familiarity with long lifecycle constraints typical of aeronautics and defense programs:Obsolescence, maintainability, upgrade strategies.
Experience working with PLM tools and processes and coordinating lifecycle activities across multiple stakeholders.
