Offer Description Nebrija University is seeking a professional whose main strength is a broad network of contacts within the European ecosystem and the ability to activate and consolidate new international consortia. The adecuado candidate will have proven experience in actively identifying partners for R&D;&I; project proposals funded by the European Union, such as Horizon Europe, LIFE Programme, Interreg, and Erasmus+ .
Main Responsibilities:
Identify European partners to foster new strategic alliances that facilitate participation in high-impact European projects, primarily within the Horizon Europe Programme.
Build European consortia through an extensive and active network of contacts.
Manage and coordinate the consortium during the proposal preparation process, maintaining strong relationships with universities, technology centers, and companies.
Represent the University at European meetings and events related to EU project proposals.




Identify European funding calls aligned with the research lines of the University’s research groups and centers.

Extensive network of contacts in European entities (consultancies, universities, research centers, companies, clusters, and public administrations).
Ability to generate new collaborations and identify strategic opportunities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in multicultural environments.
Knowledge of the European funding framework and main EU programs.
English proficiency (C1 or higher);
additional European languages are valued.
Analytical skills, results-oriented, and autonomous in project management.
Teamwork and leadership capabilities.
Specific Requirements University degree in Economics, Engineering, Law, International Relations, and/or Social Sciences.
Experience in consulting or European project offices at universities or technology centers.
Access to a European contact network that accelerates the search for partners and R&D;&I; funding opportunities.
At least 5 years of experience in partner search and consortium creation with international entities.
Previous participation in international consortia, with coordination or work package leadership roles.
Proven experience in preparing successful project proposals.
Desirable: Experience in European project management (Horizon Europe).
