Key Responsibilities Listing Acquisition: Source, list, and market premium properties across Marbella, Mijas, and Estepona. Network Growth: Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and industry professionals, while leveraging our established connections. Client Viewings: Organize and conduct professional viewings that convert. Property Matching: Identify and match the right properties to client needs,



especially for international investors. Lead Generation: Drive new business through online platforms, targeted outreach, networking, and referrals. Market Expertise: Stay ahead of local pricing, trends, and regulations (LPO, tourist licenses, nota simple, and more) to advise clients with authority. Deal Management: Guide clients from first contact to completion with smooth, transparent transactions. Requirements Demonstrated track record of closing deals and hitting targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluent English essential. Working Spanish is a strong advantage. Extra points for Swedish, Dutch, or Polish speakers (our investor base is heavily Northern European). Must have a car and valid driver's license. Confident with online property portals and social media for marketing. Self-motivated, organized, and able to perform independently.
