You need: At least 4 years of commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer, A minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role, such as a Tech Lead or Architect. A fluency in English language (at least B2/C1 level) is a must. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and clean code principles. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions and effectively facilitate workshops.
