Nayak is Europe’s largest provider of airline-independent maintenance, and we are now looking for our Barcelona - El Prat (BCN) Operational Unit a Quality Manager.

Reporting directly to the CEO and to the Accountable Manager, he/she will be responsible for all

activities carried out by and under the responsibility of the company's Quality Department.

To be responsible for the development and promotion of the Safety Management System.

Main duties:

• Management of the MOE: drawing up, amendments. • Ensure compliance of the MOE with the current legislation in force. • Audit Plan: ensure compliance with all procedures by means of internal AUDITS, guarantee the

correct performance of these and, compliance and supervision of corrective actions if identified.

• Qualification of technical staff: verification and management of Engineers qualifications, ensuring they are kept up to date. Management and renewal of Engineers licences.

• Provide training to the Engineers on MOE procedures.



• Acting as liaison with AENA. • Drawing up and updating standard procedures for internal use in accordance with current

regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum age 30 years. • High Level of English and Spanish (spoken and written correctly). Knowledge of Italian desirable. • Thorough knowledge of relevant aviation legislation. • High knowledge of Part 145 and EASA regulations. • High level of experience in performing internal AUDIT procedures in the aeronautical field. • Hold a degree in Aerospace Engineering or similar. • Be in possession of EASA Form 4 certification.
