Your mission

As part of the amazing YABA finance team you will be supporting in our daily operations. You’ll provide financial support for long and short term processes and help maintain our company’s financial health. You will also make sure we use our financial resources beneficially and will be in charge of the different accounting, tax and admi activities related to several entities. This role will be reporting directly to the Head of Accounting and Compliance.

- Assist in the financial integration of future acquisitions (1 or 2 acquisitions every 2 months approx)




- Support the finance team with the month-end tasks and the preparation of the financial deliverables.
- Support the team during the audits and other external financial reviews
- Overview the accounting of several entities and provide support to the outsourced accounting team during the closing process and on an ad-hoc basis
- Manage the national and international tax compliance for several entities
- Support the finance team with the implementation of the ERP
- Insurance management of YABA group with the assistance of (together with a third-party insurance brokers)
- Assist in Document management of all contracts, acquisition agreements, company records, etc) and support the finance team with corporate and administrative formalities (with Amazon, banks, lawyers, etc)

The adecuado candidate should be

- Highly motivated, structured, self-organized and should have project management skills.
- Advanced level of English is a must (B2 at least)
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment
- Between 3-5 years of experience in finance, providing solid knowledge of accounting and finance for daily performance.
