We are currently searching for an Operations Manager to work closely with our Spanish Country Manager and help drive our growth and success in Spain .

You show:

- Strong management aptitudes
- Outstanding capacity to design processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral), with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and stakeholders
- Proactive identification of inefficiencies, ability to understand root causes and propose data-driven actions




- Ability to drive KPI management, and to come up with data insights based on KPI observations
- Outstanding problem-solving aptitudes

Mandatory experience include:

- At least 2 years of management experience with Operational teams
- At least 4 years of experience

The ideal candidate would have some of the following experiences:

- Management of clinical teams
- Consulting or Industry experience
- Experience in a fast-growing environment (Startup, Scaleups)
- Knowledge of the healthcare space

Other required qualifications

- Native in Spanish
- Fluent in English

As an Operations Manager you will:

- Lead the management of our therapist network in SPAIN
- Enhance the overall experience of our therapists
- Collaborate closely with our medical and academic teams
- Work alongside our HR and Customer success team
- Provide analytical support and manage various organizational projects
- Directly Work with the management team to identify and coordinate execution of strategic priorities
