JOB DESCRIPTION

PROJECT CONTROLLER

- Get administrative ready for the project
- Work close to PM`s to follow the execution of the project
- Update CER/LE
- Review and update LE/CER according to the discussions with the PM
- Ensure all the cost is there
- Weekly sales control and deviations analysis
- Follow the deviations and act to mitigate them
- Prepare monthly forecast
- Analise AR positions and follow billing plan
- Validate outstanding order and variation orders
- Process JE
- Follow FX positions
- Close projects
- Update LE in JDE
- J-sox check list
- Be a business partner for operational team during the execution of the project (create financial conscient, provide advice, control variances.)
- Driving and instilling a performance Management based culture
- Based on thorough analysis,



identify short- and long-term business issues and propose potential solutions and improvements
- Reliable and transparent projects financial forecasting and budget
- Help in the group reporting within the deadlines and according to the corporate guidelines

PROFILE

We ask you to bring in experience, education, and personality

- Bachelor’s degree in finance or Business Administration
- 5+ years of relevant experience in an international company, preferably in a business-to-business and a project-oriented environment
- Business partnering experience, preferably in project company focus and drive for continuous improvement
- Experience in managing and coaching teams
- Solid understanding of project controlling
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Spanish
- Ambitious self-starter, you naturally take the initiative
- Excellent stakeholder management, you can communicate on all levels
- The function will be based in WTC Cornella
