Qué implica esta posición

- Gestión y Dirección de Proyectos con interlocución y relación con el Cliente
- Realización de seguimiento y propuestas de los proyectos desde una vertiente técnica, planificación, económica y calidad.
- Planificación de trabajos y coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares
- Organización y Gestión de reuniones regulares de seguimiento del Proyecto en fase de diseño y obra.
- Preparación de Actas de reuniones e Informes periódicos
- Preparación de documentación para licitaciones de proyectos y obras.
- Análisis de ofertas y elaboración de recomendaciones de contratación al cliente.
- Análisis Técnico de Proyectos
- Análisis y Seguimiento de Costes y Presupuestos
- Evaluación y gestión de riesgos
- Seguimiento de la Calidad del Proyecto y Obra
- Estudios de viabilidad e implantación

Para aplicar necesitas ser/ tener:

- Conocimiento de sector de gestión de proyectos
- Experiencia de al menos 10 años en puesto similar de gestión de proyectos/diseño/construcción
- Formación en Ingeniería o Arquitectura




- Capacidad para la colaboración y trabajo en equipo
- Habilidades de comunicación y gestión de equipos de trabajo multidisciplinares
- Se requiere capacidad de análisis para detección de errores o posibles problemas, así como capacidad para búsqueda y propuesta de soluciones.
- Experiencia en el trato directo con clientes
- Imprescindible buen nivel de inglés hablado y escrito
- Se requiere buen nivel de uso de EXCEL, POWER POINT, PROJECT, TCQ/PRESTO, Valorándose conocimientos BIM
