- Understand our business, our technology, and our teams to participate in Fever internal development projects.

- Understand business processes and design, test, and continuously improve our Salesforce CRM‑based solutions to meet business requirements.

- Define and implement Salesforce CRM‑based solutions, from functional configuration to Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Component development.

- Deploy metadata between sandboxes and production environments with DevOps.

- Display strong presentation, organizational, and executional skills.

- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across departments: Sales, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Data, and more.

Who You Are

-

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

- Work proficiency in English.

- 2+ years of relevant development experience on the Salesforce Platform.

- Experience in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.

- Proven experience with Salesforce‑based deployments.

- Experience in Google Sheets / AppScript development.

- Strong written and oral communication skills.

- Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.

- Proven experience managing ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies within a product development cycle.





- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects from concept to completion.

- Curiosity and desire to learn, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies.

- High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive in a fast‑pace environment.
