The Role
As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health and performance of the business. You will provide strategic financial guidance, oversee financial operations, and partner with cross-functional teams to support informed business decisions and sustainable growth.
This position requires a hands-on leader with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and business performance indicators.
Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, tax regulations, and company policies.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
Partner with commercial, operations, HR, and other business functions to support strategic initiatives.
Coordinate internal and external audits.




Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes and drive continuous improvement.
Lead, coach, and develop the finance team, promoting a high-performance culture.
Oversee and coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
Manage the preparation and presentation of financial statements.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling, with previous leadership experience.
Experience in a Big Four firm or a consulting environment is highly desirable.
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Experience working in retail, FMCG, or a fast-paced international environment is highly desirable.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Fluent English;
additional languages are considered a plus.
