The role A true first-hire seat: you 'll close inbound deals end to end while directly shaping how the Spanish sales playbook, pitch and process get built. You 'll work across discovery, qualification, closing, and cross-functional input with Marketing, Product and Support.
99% inbound,



1-5 day sales cycle, high transaction volume, HubSpot/Aircall stack.
Compensation ~2 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, with real closing ownership
Comfortable on the phone, data-driven, high energy
Comfortable in a fast-moving, still-being-built environment
Nice to have: SMB/freelancer sales background, CRM (HubSpot) experience, startup/scale-up experience.
