What You'll Do - Own the Core Domain Model: Design and evolve the backend services that define how benefits work plans, entitlements, limits, and eligibility ensuring the model stays clean, consistent, and extensible as we grow into new markets and product lines.
- Tame Business Complexity: Translate intricate,



multi-country regulatory and business rules into robust, maintainable code.
You'll work closely with Product and Operations to model edge cases that matter in the real world.
- Build for Consistency at Scale: Design systems where data integrity is non-negotiable across multi-tenant configurations, concurrent transactions, and distributed state even as traffic and product scope grow.
- Drive Product Velocity Without Cutting Corners: Deliver new benefit types, configurations, and market expansions at speed, without accumulating technical debt that slows down future iterations.
