Experteer Overview In this MSS Coordinator role, you drive smooth onboarding and transformation for clients within a global cybersecurity team. You bridge sales, technical, legal, and delivery functions to coordinate onboarding projects, ensuring timelines, standards, and client expectations are met. You'll optimize processes and provide post-onboarding support to maintain satisfaction. This position offers cross-functional impact, integral collaboration, and growth through ongoing training and development.
Compensaciones / Beneficios Lead and coordinate client onboarding projects from start to finish
Collaborate with sales, technical architects, legal, and delivery teams to prepare solutions and review documentation
Manage project timelines, resources, and documentation
Communicate progress, timelines, and expectations to internal teams
Review security requirements, contracts, and technical specs for accuracy
Provide ongoing post-onboarding support to address concerns and ensure client satisfaction




Continuously seek process and workflow improvements in project delivery
Responsabilidades 3+ years of experience in project or program management
Experience in managed security services or cybersecurity preferred
Knowledge of security technologies (firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, threat detection)
Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies
Certifications such as Prince II, PMP, or ITIL are a plus
