PMR Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Temporary Female Chief Stewardess to join a 50m+ British-flagged charter sailing yacht following an extensive refit.
Position Details
Position: Temporary Female Chief Stewardess
Yacht: 50m+ Sailing Yacht
Programme: Charter
Flag: British
Start Date: 3rd August
Contract: Temporary (6–8 weeks)
Crew: 9 (8 crew for the first charter)
Guests: 4 confirmed, with the potential to increase to 10
Salary: Approximately €6,000 per month
The Role
The successful candidate will lead the interior department, ensuring exceptional standards of service, housekeeping, and guest experience throughout the charter season.



You will play a key role in preparing the yacht for her relaunch and maintaining the highest levels of presentation and professionalism during charter operations.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Chief Stewardess on a similar-sized yacht.
Strong charter experience is essential.
Previous sailing yacht experience is preferred.
Available to join on 3rd August .
