About the Role The Project Controller is a key member of the Project Controls team, responsible for the financial and administrative activities of multiple data center construction projects.



This role works closely with the VP of Commercial Management (Project Controls), Project Managers, and Cost Managers to ensure rigorous financial oversight, accurate reporting, and adherence to project plans and budgets. The candidate shall be able to work in a dynamic, high-intensity environment and support the DC team achieving project deliverables.
What You'll be Doing Project Coordination & Administration Project Setup - Assist in the administrative setup and documentation for new projects. Support the team from due diligence through project delivery.
Stakeholder Support - Provide support and tracking for the project management team and other internal stakeholders, including Design, Equipment Procurement, Construction Management, and Health & Safety.
Process Improvement - Recommend and implement improvements to project processes.
Cost Management - Track and maintain a view of commitments and costs against the project's established budget baseline.
