About the Team
The Workday Success Plans Team focuses on our customers and their post Go‑Live journey, creating programs to help them drive business value from their Workday applications.
Role Overview
As a member of the Workday Success Plans Team, you will act as a trusted advisor, engaging customers directly through micro‑consulting engagements to solve their business needs using the Workday application. You will provide troubleshooting, configuration guidance, demonstrations, and tailored one‑on‑one support, helping customers maximize the value of their Workday investment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to understand customer questions and related Workday concepts.- Deliver small‑scope consulting in response to customer requests, providing configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, tips & tricks.- Troubleshoot product configuration to resolve or optimize settings to meet business requirements.- Communicate responses and value clearly to customers.- Create and deliver customer presentations on how to use Workday features to achieve business goals (Accelerator Webinars).- Offer tailored one‑on‑one guidance (Optimization Packages, Feature Accelerators) to accelerate feature adoption.- Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews).- Maintain product expertise and Workday certifications, staying current with the Workday roadmap.- Keep up to date with industry practices and engage customers on relevant topics.- Assist in the development of new programs to promote customer feature adoption.- Participate in other Customer Enablement services, including Office Hours,
configuration and business requirement reviews, one‑on‑one customer configuration designs, and full feature deployments.- Travel up to 20% as required.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT implementation experience.- 5+ years of experience with Workday Financials Reporting (composite reporting, building out reports, etc.).- 2+ years of software consulting experience.- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required;
advanced degree preferred.
Other Qualifications
- Workday Certification or ability to obtain certification in at least one of the following: Workday Reporting, Workday Financials, PRISM.- Ability to gain a thorough understanding of Workday concepts as new features are released.- Ability to distill complex concepts into clear presentations for customers.- Strong multi‑tasking ability, able to manage multiple engagements and deliverables simultaneously.- Excellent critical‑thinking skills to understand complex technical processes and influence decision making.
Location and Compensation
Base pay range: €54,900EUR–€82,300EUR (Spain). Compensation may include participation in the Workday Bonus Plan, role‑specific commission or bonus, and annual refresh stock grants.
