and Security teams while raising the bar for the engineers around you. Your Stack 8+ Years in the Trenches: Proven mastery in enterprise network engineering and VMware SDDC environments. Deep VMware Mastery: Battle-tested experience with VCF, NSX-T, dynamic routing (BGP, IS-IS), and overlay encapsulation (VXLAN/Geneve). Code-Driven Ops: Hands-on magic with Terraform, Python, Ansible, or Net Box. Modern Workload Ready: Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in Tanzu/Kubernetes CNI or NSX ALB (Avi Networks).
