About the role As the Academy Performance Lead,



you will be the structural backbone of execution quality across our commercial organization. Sitting within the General Sales Academy, your mission is to treat our sales pipeline—from initial SDR outreach to final AE demos—like a high-performance engine that requires constant monitoring, calibration, and optimization.
You aren 't just auditing for compliance;
