What You Will Bring
5+ years of experience in performance and load testing using k6, JMeter, Gatling or similar tools.
Strong programming skills with JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with Python and/or Java, SQL, Docker and TestContainers.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and working with Git‑based pull request workflows.
Hands‑on experience with Grafana, Prometheus,



Loki, Tempo or equivalent observability platforms to analyze system behavior.
Ability to define testing strategies, mentor other engineers and work autonomously in complex environments.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing and implementing realistic performance testing scenarios while building reusable tooling and containerized testing environments. You will automate execution through CI/CD pipelines, analyze metrics and bottlenecks using observability platforms, contribute to testing strategy, mentor another engineer and continuously improve the performance testing ecosystem.
