Number of positions available: 1
Expected start: October 1st, 2026
Expected duration of the contract: 11 months (subject to the project’s duration and funding)
OFFER DESCRIPTION
The project aims to improve the understanding and assessment of ecosystem services provided by green infrastructure, promoting water resilience and biodiversity conservation through integrated methodologies that combine ecological, social and economic information.




The successful candidate will provide technical support to the activities carried out by ICRA within the project, particularly those related to citizen science, biodiversity data collection and processing, environmental monitoring, and ecosystem service assessment.
The person hired will also contribute to participatory processes, the preparation of supporting materials, and the development of technical and scientific documentation associated with the project’s case studies.
KEY DUTIES
Support the development of citizen participation protocols and educational materials.
Collect, clean and validate data from citizen science platforms and other biodiversity data sources.
Process species observations, images and biodiversity records.
Support the calculation of biodiversity and ecosystem service indicators.
Participate in environmental monitoring and ecological assessment activities.
Prepare and maintain project databases.
Contribute to data analysis and results systematization.
Assist in the preparation of technical reports, training materials and scientific documentation.
