We are looking for an Agentic AI Implementation Lead to drive the implementation of agentic AI solutions across a business operating in a regulated environment.
You will lead the full delivery lifecycle, from identifying automation opportunities to deploying reliable, governed solutions that create measurable business value while collaborating closely with business and technology teams.
Responsibilities:
Identify and prioritize business processes where agentic AI can improve efficiency or automation.
Design, build, or oversee the delivery of production-ready AI agents using internal development, vendor solutions, or external partners.
Collaborate with architecture, data, security, and business teams to ensure AI solutions align with enterprise technology standards.
Define governance standards, including human-in-the-loop controls, confidence thresholds, monitoring, and auditability.
Establish a framework to evaluate and prioritize new AI automation initiatives based on business value.
Measure solution impact, promote AI best practices, and assess emerging frameworks and tools for future adoption.
Requirements:




3–6+ years of experience in applied AI/ML, intelligent automation, or technology consulting with proven production delivery.
Experience building, deploying, or leading the implementation of AI agents or intelligent automation solutions.
Strong business process analysis skills with the ability to identify valuable automation opportunities.
Experience working in regulated, data-sensitive environments and collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders.
Experience working within Enterprise Architecture or technology governance frameworks.
Valuable: Experience in commodities, treasury, or precious metals industries;
familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks, LLM tooling, enterprise data platforms, external AI partners, process mining, RPA, or business process management.
