About us Bespoke Projects (Mediterranean Yacht Carpentry, S.L.) builds bespoke interiors and furniture for superyachts and luxury residences. Our work is on board some of the world's most demanding vessels.
The role We are looking for a hands-on Workshop Manager — a master carpenter first, a manager second. You will lead our production workshop in Cabrera de Mar: planning, quality, deadlines and people. This is not an office PM role. You know how marine-grade furniture is actually built, you can pick up the tools yourself when a deadline is at risk, and you earn the respect of the team by knowing the craft better than anyone.
What you will do Run day-to-day workshop production: planning, task allocation, priorities across parallel yacht projects
Own quality control to superyacht standard — tolerances, finishes, fit-out readiness
Translate drawings and project briefs into clear instructions the team can execute
Solve technical problems on the bench: joinery, veneering, complex geometry, marine materials
Step in personally on critical or complex pieces when needed
Coordinate with project management on deadlines,



materials and logistics (including shipments to shipyards abroad)
Keep the workshop safe, organised and compliant
What we are looking for Extensive experience as a cabinetmaker/joiner in yacht interiors, high-end residential or luxury fit-out
Proven experience leading a workshop team — you can explain, teach and hold a standard
Deep knowledge of marine-industry production: materials, adhesives, veneers, weight and fire considerations, installation constraints on board
Ability to read technical drawings and plan production from them
English or Spanish to a working level (both is a strong plus)
Based in or willing to commute to Cabrera de Mar (Maresme)
Nice to have Experience installing on board (shipyard environments, refit)
Familiarity with CNC workflows
Driving licence
