Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview As European Payroll Service Delivery Manager, you ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll across Europe and act as the main liaison between Ramboll, payroll vendors, HR, Finance, ICT, and other stakeholders. You will own service performance, governance escalations, and continuous improvement, while supporting payroll transformations and country onboarding. You’ll shape payroll service excellence in a integral, foundation-owned organization that values people, sustainability, and long-term thinking. This role offers cross-country collaboration, modern HR/payroll tech exposure, and a meaningful impact on how we deliver payroll services.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
Own the operational and governance relationship with external payroll providers, including scope, contractual commitments, out-of-scope requests,



and vendor accountability
Manage payroll service performance via SLAs, KPIs, calendars, governance meetings, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and ongoing service improvements
Act as a primary escalation and stakeholder contact for HR, Finance, ICT, vendors, and senior europe-wide stakeholders, communicating risks, changes, and improvement plans
Support payroll transformation, country onboarding, acquisitions, integrations, migrations, automation, AI-enabled improvements, and service readiness activities
Maintain payroll governance, controls, audit readiness, compliance-risk oversight, operating procedures, knowledge
