Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview In this role you will be the site expert for automation and OT security, driving safe, reliable operations and protecting critical manufacturing systems. You will implement OT cybersecurity frameworks, secure network architectures, and incident response practices to safeguard DCS, PLC, SCADA, and HMI environments. You’ll collaborate with operations and maintenance to maximize uptime while ensuring compliance with industry standards and Syngenta IT/OT policies. This is a hands‑on engineering position focused on resilience, change control, and secure automation delivery.
Compensaciones / Incentivos Develop, implement and maintain OT cybersecurity frameworks aligned with ISA/IEC 62443 and company policies
Design and secure OT network infrastructure including segmentation,



firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
Monitor, detect and respond to OT security threats using SIEM, IDS, anomaly detection and vulnerability scanning
Maintain and optimize automation systems (control logic, alarms, graphics, historian, performance) in collaboration with operations
Support resilience, disaster recovery, and capital projects to ensure secure, compliant automation systems
Manage OT system lifecycle activities (patching, updates, obsolescence, vendor coordination, documentation, training)
