As Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead at Omega CRM, you drive the technical progress of martech projects and guide the team to deliver high-quality, profitable solutions.

You act as a technical reference, shaping design choices and mentoring colleagues while collaborating with PM, DM, and Client Lead.

You identify risks and opportunities, ensuring scope, timeline, and costs align with client expectations.

You’ll work at the intersection of data, personalization, and marketing technology to deliver scalable CX experiences and innovative outcomes.

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in a similar role
• Experience in Data Cloud and Personalization projects
• Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and Java

Script
• Experience in HTML and CSS development
• Salesforce certifications are an asset
• High level of English
