University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
Leadership expectation

Strong knowledge of statutory regulations, financial reporting standards, and accounting principles.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and functions.
Good understanding of financial drivers within an operational or industrial business environment.
