General Manager
to lead our Restaurant, Pool and Club operation.We are looking for an inspirational leader who thrives in high-volume luxury hospitality, understands exceptional guest experiences, develops outstanding teams, and has the commercial mindset to deliver outstanding business performance.
About the roleReporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will have full responsibility for the operational and commercial success of COYA Marbella across multiple revenue streams.You will lead a large management team, inspire over 100 hospitality professionals, drive profitability, elevate guest satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence across every aspect of the business.This is a highly visible leadership position requiring strategic thinking, exceptional people leadership and hands-on operational expertise.
What youll be responsible forLeading all aspects of Restaurant, Pool and Club operationsDriving financial performance, profitability and commercial growthBuilding, coaching and developing a high-performing leadership teamDelivering unforgettable guest experiences while maintaining the highest luxury service standardsManaging budgets, forecasting, labour costs and P&L; performanceChampioning employee engagement, talent development and succession planningWorking closely with culinary, marketing,



finance and people teams to deliver business objectivesContinuously improving standards, innovation and operational efficiency
Were looking for someone who hasSignificant General Manager or multi-outlet leadership experience within luxury hospitalityExperience leading premium restaurants, lifestyle venues, or beach clubsStrong commercial acumen with proven P&L; management experienceExceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach and develop large teamsA genuine passion for guest experience and luxury serviceExperience delivering high-volume operations without compromising qualityStrong understanding of financial performance, labour management and operational KPIsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluency in English (Spanish is highly desirable)
