Join Plexus Tech. We are looking for a Senior Consultant / IT Manager profile with solid experience in financial technology transformation, IT governance, executive reporting and committee support.

Requirements

- Executive reporting - Coordination of information and deliverables towards strategic partners.
- Development of bilingual (ES/EN) dashboards, presentations and executive materials.
- IT Governance, Risk and Compliance
- Monitoring of internal/external audits, findings and remediation plans.
- Supervision of technology governance, IT security and regulatory compliance.
- Cost optimisation and sourcing
- Review of technology OPEX and operational efficiency analysis.
- Optimisation of contracts, licences and sourcing models.
- Assessment of the TCO of key initiatives, especially in cloud environments.
- Committee support
- Preparation of materials,



minutes and documentation for strategic and technical committees.
- Coordination with high-level stakeholders and follow-up on agreements.
- Senior consultant or manager with 10+ years in banking.
- Demonstrable experience in financial IT transformation.
- Proficiency in executive reporting, presentations and committee materials.
- Solid experience in governance, risk, compliance and auditing.
- Knowledge of sourcing, cost optimisation and Fin Ops.
- Experience in regulated environments and high-impact projects.
