An opportunity for a
Manufacturing Engineering Empennages Engineer
has arisen within
Airbus Defence and Space
, Tablada (Seville).
The Development and Process Engineer Position in the Manufacturing Engineering in Empennages Area organization of Tablada.
Tablada has the role to deliver Empennages to the Final Assembly Lines of the different programs and customers, with the main mission to protect them while being competitive.
Responsibilities
Collaborative-Design to Manufacturing (Co-Design/Co-Indus)
Contribute to all phases of the design to ensure industrial needs are taken into account.
Push industrial requirements to Engineering (specific design/M&P;) & Supply Chain.
Introduce Manufacturing best practice/ standardization into design.
Define Build Process for ME.
Calculate the time at operation level.
Manage Technical Sequencing.
Specify industrial asset (Jigs, Tools, Tooling, Machines,...) requirements for creation or modification.
Drive implementation of 1st installation with required shop floor feedback loops for Manufacturing readiness (production handover).
Plan regular feedback loops with the Production Team.
Accountable for configuration management (in particular Delta 2).

Implement Standard Time Value in Routings.
Ensure execution of robust, reliable and safe operations.
Run and support PFMEA/FMEA.
Support shopfloor and plan regular feedback loops with the Production Team.
Participate in Quality control board by providing measurement tasks.




Run and secure capability process for component/part definition.
Qualifications
Educated in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
At least 3 years in assembly with experience on Co-Design, industrialization and support to the production lines or as Process Engineer in Manufacturing Engineering.
Proactive person.
Collaboration mind?set, team spirit and communication skills are considered a must in this role.
Advanced level in English and Spanish.
