Senior Data Analyst – Treasury

Location: Málaga or Madrid (Spain) – Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Treasury domain. The Data team works closely with Treasury, Product and Tech teams, coordinating and implementing data analysis initiatives to support internal decision‑making, risk monitoring and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers, Data Engineering, Treasury and Product teams.
- Model data in our collaborative platform to perform Treasury data analysis and build reports and reconciliations.
- Manage end‑to‑end Treasury solutions across all company jurisdictions: requirements gathering, building optimized data models and delivering reports to Treasury stakeholders and auditors.
- Maintain and build dashboards and visualisations on the data platform using BI tools for Treasury teams to monitor reporting and controls.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in Data/Business Analytics – Treasury or Finance application is a plus.
- Advanced SQL skills – able to read and write complex queries.
- Experience with modern data stack tools (dbt, Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery,



DataStudio, Sigma) is a plus.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage, organise and present data clearly and concisely.
- Experience with Python is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
- Track record of working autonomously with strong time‑management skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Financial Services and Capital Markets experience (FX, Payments, Money Markets, Treasury Management, etc.) is a good plus.
